on the conferral of the Library’s annual awards for 2025
Based on Article 18 of the Statute of the Montenegro Library for Persons with Visual Impairments, no. 01/1 of the 21st June 2012, and based on an insight into the results achieved, the level of engagement and the overall attitude towards the Library during the year 2025, the Director of the Library makes the following

Article 1
Annual awards and recognitions of the Library for the year 2025 are awarded in the following categories:
I category
Recognition for outstanding reading activity in audio format
The library awards this recognition to users who have shown particular dedication and continuity in the use of the audio collection during the year.
The award winners are:

Recognition for outstanding achievement in reading Braille
This award is given to users who have excelled in the use of Braille publications.
