The nineteenth, regular session of the third convocation of the Montenegro Library for the Persons with Visual Impairments Council was held in the Library premises in Podgorica on Thursday, 24th March. The Council worked in its full composition and the session was presided by the Council President PhD Zdravko Vukčević [ZdrahvkoVukchevich].
The Council worked upon the 4-item agenda and considered several pieces of material.
The Minutes for the XVIII session of the Council of the 14.10.2021 were adopted on this session.
The Council adopted the Report on Work and Financial Operation of the Library for 2021, as well as The Work Programme with the Financial Plan for 2022.
There was adopted a Decision according to which the Library users will not pay the membership for 2022.
The Council Members commended the implemented activities of the previous period and pointed out that the Library continually makes noticeable results in all fields of its work.
The Council also considered other issues relevant for this institution on the session.
Under the fifth item, the Council acknowledged a piece of information that the Library Council continues with its work although the term it was elected for expired by the end of 2019. The Council continues to operate under this convocation until the appointment of the new one that is expected in the course of 2022.
