The Montenegro Library for Persons with Visual Impairmentsin collaboration with the Organisation for the Blind of Bar and Ulcinj [Ooltsin] organisesa regular screening of the film “Lutalica”[lutalitsa] (the wanderer) directed by Zoran Čalić [Zorran Chalich], in the adapted version for our users. The film screening will be staged in the premises of the Organisation for the Blind of Bar and Ulcinj, Bar, ul. Rista Lekića D10 [ooleetsareestahlekichahdehdesset], 24th November 2022, (Thursday) at 17 h.
Interactive adaptation of the film will be performed by our associate Igor Tomić [Iggor Tomeech].
About the film:
“Lutalica”is a Yugoslav film shot in 1987. It was directed by Zoran Čalić, who also wrote the screenplay.
Young and beautiful Roma girl comes to Belgrade with only one wish – to become a singer. She gets an opportunity to make her dreams come true by performing with a famous accordionist Bata Kanda [Batta Kanda]in the tavern“Ciganska noć” [tsigganskanorch] (gipsy night). She becomes widely famous for her voice and beauty gathering many admirers. But the popularity is a two-edged sword.
