About the book:

The collection of poetry “Klupko života” [kloopkor zhivortah] (the ball of the life yarn) is divided into several cycles: “U strahu od nereči” [oo strahu odd nerrechi] (in fear of not speaking), “Pesme iz godine 2014.” [pessmeh is godinair dervair hillyadeh cheternah-esteh] (the songs from 2014), “Jorgovani venu” [yorgovani venu] (the lilacs are fading), “Posvete” (dedications), as well as “Lazar i Lenka” [Lazar e Lenka] (Lazar and Lenka).

“Pero Zubac [Pero Zubats] is one of those poets who had their five minutes and that essay of those five minutes someone had to write once. Because, those minutes spiritualise, give sense to entire life, enrich, he becomes a seasoned poet and a better man. Five minutes, like when a goal is scored in sport. Pero Zubac had had his five minutes very early and did not have to wait in the wings any more”, noted academician Matija Bećković [Matija Betchkovich].

A writer Dragomir Brajković [Druggomir Brykovich] once noted that “all that is nice, Zubac has put away for safe: in his songs, in the auspices of the language memory”, and the famous poet Duško Trifunović [Dooshko Triffoonovich] said that “After Šantić [Shantich], Zubac is the greatest and the best poet of Herzegovina and Mostar”.
