A word from the editor
Welcome to “Glas” (Voice), an audio magazine dedicated to everything that makes up the inner landscape of a man: words, sounds, thoughts, beliefs, questions and creativity. In a time when voices are overlapping, silenced and lost, we choose to stop, listen and offer a space where values are not only spoken about, but also understood.
On the pages of the November edition, news from our Library awaits you, as well as literature – home of stories that shape our imagination and accompany us through intimate and universal experiences. We read, analyze and research works that change the way view the world, whether they are classics or contemporary authors who are still finding their place.
We also bring you news from culture, because culture is a living organism: the pulse of society, a mirror of time and a nursery of new ideas. Here you will hear what is being created, what is changing, and what is yet to come; from theater and fine arts, through film and literary meetings, to intimate cultural initiatives that may not fill the halls, but fill the soul.
We dedicate a special space to religion, not as a dogma, but as a dialogue between tradition and modern man. Religion, in its own way, is a language of questions, and we want to understand it and convey it with respect.
In our drama segment, the world becomes a stage: we enter into the conflicts, emotions and silences that shape the human experience. We explore theatrical performances, the voices of actors and playwrights, but also the unspoken tensions that only drama can convey.
Then comes the music, the living breath of our magazine. Music segment leads us from classical compositions to contemporary experiments, from traditional melodies to soundscapes that are just emerging.
And finally, philosophy. It gives us the courage to ask, the clarity to think and the calmness to accept the inevitable.
