The thirty second issue of the magazine “Tačke kulture” [tatchkehkooltoureh] (Cultural Points), that our Library issues in braille, has just been released and distributed to the users in country and abroad.

You have before youthe thirty second issue of the magazine “Tačke kulture”, and the second one in this year.
You will read, in this issue,about the activities of the Montenegro Library for Persons with Visual Impairments, as well as about new publications in braille.
We shall recall Đura Jakšić [Jura Yakshich]and his great love, that was not destined,towards an actress and a daughter of an innkeeper for Kikinda Mila Popović [Milla Popovich], to whom he owned his most beautiful verses and the most beautiful female character he had ever painted. “The Girl in Blue” adorns the display of the National Museum of Serbia today.
