The 51st issue of the magazine “Tačke kulture” [tatchkeh kooltoureh] (Cultural Points) for May and June 2026 is released.  The new issue of the magazine is available in PDF format through the Online Library web platform (www.onlinebiblioteka.net), while the Braille edition will become available at a later date, following the resolution of a technical malfunction at the Library’s printing facility.

Dear Readers,

After celebrating our major anniversary, we are stepping into a new chapter with even greater enthusiasm and renewed energy. Before you is the 51st issue of “Tačke kulture” [tatchkeh kooltoureh] (Cultural Points), an edition that proudly opens a new chapter in our shared journey, reminding us that culture never stands still – it continues to grow and earn new recognition.

And speaking of recognition, this issue’s From the Library section brings exciting news for our institution. We are proud to share that our Library has been awarded the prestigious “Dr. Niko Simov Martinović” Award, as well as our impressions from the 20th International Podgorica Book and Education Fair, where we presented our work. We also take you to Cetinje, where the monograph The First Library of Accessible Formats in Montenegro 2006–2026 was promoted, further affirming our two decades of dedication to inclusion and a culture without barriers.

In Cultural Heritage, we debunk long-standing myths about the Cyrillic script that continue to be repeated without justification, while also reflecting on the melancholy and tragic fate of the renowned Koštana.

Our World of Art and Culture section brings you a selection of carefully chosen poems, while Scientific and Educational Topics takes you on a fascinating journey into the past, leading to an archaeological sensation in Greece, the recently discovered interior of a tomb linked to Alexander the Great.
