The thirty seventh issue of the magazine “Tačke kulture” [tatchkeh kooltoureh] (Cultural Points), that our Library issues in braille, has just been released and distributed to the users in country and abroad.

Dear readers,

You have before you the thirty seventh issue of the magazine “Tačke kulture” [tatchkeh kooltoureh] (Cultural Points), and the first one in this year.

This issue brings interesting pieces of information about the work of the Montenegro Library for Persons with Visual Impairments, as well as new titles in braille for January and February.

In this issue, we continue the story about Montevideo and its heroes. We will follow their destiny after Mundial and what actually happened with Tirke [Tirkeh], Moša [Morsha], Milutinac [Miluteenats]…

You will also learn why Dushan’s Code is considered one of the harshest ever.
