The regular tenth session of the third convocation of the Council of The Montenegro Library for the Persons with Visual Impairments was held on Thursday, March 26th, in the premises Library’s premises in Podgorica. The session was chaired by the President of the Council, Zdravko Vukčević [Zdrahvko Vookchevich], PhD.
The session followed the 6-item agenda and considered several materials. The Minutes from the previous session were adopted at the session. The Council adopted the Report on the work of the Library for 2025. Within the fourth item, the Council discussed and adopted the Annual Work Program with the Annual Budget for 2026. The Council also discussed the Draft Statute of the Library of Accessible Formats of Montenegro “Vojislav Minić” [Voyeeslav Meenich]. The members of the Council gave their comments and suggestions for improving the content of the Statute. In accordance with the regulations, a public hearing will follow, during which all employees can give their comments and suggestions, and then the Council will determine the final draft version of the Statute, which will be sent to the Ministry of Culture and Media for consideration. The Council adopted the Decision on payment of membership fees for 2026. According to this decision, Library users will not pay membership fees for the current calendar year.
