Our Library has donated 30 audio publications from its book fund to the Home for Senior Citizens in Bijelo Polje [B-yelor Polyeh]. The donation includes the works of domestic and world classics, as well as contemporary authors.
The Director of the Home, Predrag Tončić [Preddrag Tornchich] thanked for the donation and introduced the guests with the conditions in which the home operates, as well as with that institution’s way of work.
At the same time, he emphasized that it was the first donation for their institution’s library.
In that way, our Library continues with activities of donating books to various institutions such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals, homes for senior citizens etc. with the aim to contribute to building culture services for a wider circle of users who can benefit from them.
