Readers of the Library, which are registered in a unique list of users, can order up to three titles and keep them no longer than 30 days. Academy literature can be kept longer, in consultation with librarians, but no more than 60 days.

Readers are responsible for the correctness of undertaken books, until their discharge and we recommend carefully and properly handling the equipment and devices for reproduction audio files ,and carefully use Braille volumes. For exceeding the time allowed and possible damage on audio or Braille books, users bear the cost of compensation. Books can be ordered by phone, regular or electronic mail, and as soon as the title is available, it will be delivered at the very next occasion, through one of the library services that are absolutely free for all regular users.
