The initial book stock was formed by book donations from the libraries from Sarajevo, Zagreb, Belgrade and Novi Sad, the donation by the Union of the Blind of Montenegro and the one of persons, owners of the books. We had also purchased a certain number of books. These were Braille books, MP3 and audio talking books. Mainly, the book stock is increased through the work of our own talking book studio. The studio is the main point in the strategy of increasing of number of books, and we expect to introduce the daisy audio talking books as well.

Our registered readers are registered on unified list. A registered reader cam request three titles by a request and keep them thirty days. Professional titles are the exception to this rule. One has to negotiate the time with a librarian. The longest time is sixty days.
Readers are responsible for  the book from the moment of receiving the book/s/ to the moment of return by the registered mail, or hand over to the library vehicle driver. The responsibility involves taking care of the received books to keep them out of damaging situations and conditions.
