21.04.2017. Popular Poet for Children, Slobodan Bećo Došljak the Guest of Our Library on the Occasion of the World Book Day
Montenegro State Lending Library for the Visually Impaired, on the occasion of the World Book Day, organises socialising with Slobodan Bećo Došljak from Podgorica, poet for children. Popular Bećo will speak his verses in the festive hall of the Library on Saturday, 22nd April, beginning at 12 hours and 30 minutes.
It is expected that the programme will be spontaneous and cheerful and that it will be attended by a larger group of boys, girls, and youth. We, also, plan several music items that will be performed by the Art Group of Visually Impaired Youth from Podgorica under the artistic management of MM Ljudmila Radović.
On Friday, 21st April, beginning at 19 hours, in the Montenegro State Lending Library for the Visually Impaired, there will be held a public debate “Emotions as an Expression of Strength or Weakness”.
The speakers will be Jelena Mašnić, PhD in Psychological Sciences, and Anđela Marinković, a student of final year in psychology studies on the Philosophy Faculty in Nikšić. The debate will be dedicated to consideration of emotional expressions in the local environment, identifying frequent barriers in expressing emotions, differences that occur when we think of emotions as of strength or weakness, and many other topics, too.
The debate is one of regular activities of the art programme of the Montenegro State Lending Library for the Visually Impaired.

The Montenegro State Lending Library for Visually Impaired Persons organised the April screening of the film “Poslednji krug u Monci” (The Last Lap in Monza) of the director Aca Bošković, adapted for persons with impaired sight. The interactive adaptation of the film was performed by our associate, teacher Igor Tomić. The screening of the film was done on Wednesday, 29.03.2017, within the regular artistic programme of the Library. The spatial and other supporting requirements were provided by the local organisation of the blind.
Stand-up comedy evening “See again with Your Ears” was staged in the Montenegro State Lending Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired. It was performed by Marko Puljiz.
It is worthwhile mentioning that there are no curses and inappropriate contents in his performing, which the audience could witness. The performer constantly held the notice of the audience and intrigued it many times with a different point of view on everyday matters. The audience has enjoyed an extremely quality programme for a full hour with frequent applauses and tears of laughter.
You can find the footage on our web page in the section "Audio archive" and in the new issue of the Magazine "Glas" (Voice).
