A word from the editress

Dear readers,

We have arranged another issue of the Magazine "Glas" (Voice) – the third in this year. And to make you happy with our magazine, on each beginning of the month till the end of 2017, the Ministry of Culture took care of that by supporting it financially as a project of public interest. We take this opportunity to thank those who recognised this magazine as the one of great relevance for persons with impaired sight.

In a very rich column of our Library, listen to some of the broadcasts taken over from the programme of Radio “Homer”. The cultural institutions in Montenegro mark 170 years of printing the Mountain Wreath with many events. We have made efforts to publish in this issue, and to do so in the following ones as well, some of the contributions from the print and electronic media. Montenegro, too, has joined in marking the World Day of Theatre and Theatre for Children. You can read messages of peace and love in the column “Contributions from Different Fields”.

From Philosophy, we recommend Critical Theory of Culture by Carl Marx published by the distinguished professor Đuro Šušnjić. This issue also brings sequels of the initiated books from nearly all of the fields represented in the Magazine. We hope that there are enough reasons for you to spend the first days of spring reading our and your "Glas" (Voice).
